Altitude: 1100–1600 masl
Grown in the highlands of Chiapas, Mexico’s oldest and most established coffee-growing region, this coffee benefits from the diverse microclimates created by the Sierra Madre mountain range, located between the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans.
Decaffeination Process
This coffee is naturally decaffeinated using the Mountain Water Process, which relies on pure spring water sourced from Pico de Orizaba, Mexico’s tallest mountain.
The process is certified organic under international standards (NOP, EU, JAS, COR and SAGARPA) and removes caffeine using only water, temperature and time — no chemical solvents
