Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

At Cherry Mouth Roasters, we offer both one-time purchases and coffee subscriptions through our online store at cherrymouth.com. This policy explains how these options work and how you can change or cancel an order.


1. One-Time Purchases

  • Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email summarising your items and payment.
  • Editing or Cancelling: Orders can usually be changed or cancelled before roasting or dispatch. To request a change, contact us immediately at admin@cherrymouth.com.
  • After an order has been roasted, packed, or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible due to the perishable nature of coffee.
  • For faulty or damaged goods, please refer to our Refunds & Returns Policy.

2. Subscription Purchases

Subscriptions are managed securely through Seal Subscriptions on Shopify. You can choose between:

  • Flexible Subscription – delivered every 2–6 weeks, no minimum commitment.
  • 12-Month Recurring Subscription – fixed pricing for 12 months, billed on your chosen interval.
  • Pre-Paid 12-Month Subscription – paid upfront for a full year at a discounted rate.

Managing Your Subscription

You can access your subscription portal anytime through your Cherry Mouth Roasters account to:

  • Pause or skip an upcoming delivery
  • Update your shipping or billing details
  • Change the coffee, quantity, or frequency
  • Cancel your subscription

If you need help, email us at admin@cherrymouth.com and include your subscription ID or last order number.


3. Subscription Cancellation Terms

  • Flexible Subscriptions: May be cancelled at any time with no penalty. Cancellations take effect before the next billing cycle if submitted prior to the scheduled charge date.
  • 12-Month Subscriptions: Can be cancelled at any time, but early cancellation forfeits any locked-in promotional or fixed pricing benefits. All delivered orders remain payable.
  • Pre-Paid 12-Month Subscriptions: Are non-refundable once the first shipment has been dispatched, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law (e.g. faulty goods or failure to deliver).

4. Failed Payments or Expired Cards

  • If a subscription payment fails, Seal Subscriptions will automatically retry.
  • If retries fail, your subscription will pause until payment details are updated.
  • You can update payment details securely in your account at any time.

5. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product is faulty, not as described, or doesn’t perform as expected, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.
