Diagnostics are same or next day. Standard service is typically 2–14 business days, depending on parts and workload.
Is there a warranty?
Every service carries a 3-month workmanship warranty. Genuine parts carry the manufacturer's own warranty.
Do you offer a loaner machine?
We keep a limited number of loaners for commercial clients to minimise downtime. Ask Peter when you book.
Can you handle water & plumbing?
Yes — filter installation and plumbing coordination are available for both home and commercial setups.
