1) Diagnostics & Health Check – Pressure/temperature audit, leak/scale inspection, pump & solenoid test.

2) Preventative Service (Home/Prosumer) – Group seals, backflush, descale, lubrication, calibration, safety check.

3) Full Overhaul (Workshop) – Boiler descale, gaskets, rebuild, tune & test shots.

4) On-Site Call-Out (Small-Commercial/Office) – Emergency fixes, leaks, low pressure/flow, grinder cleaning.

5) Water & Filtration – Filter install, hardness testing, and full installation advice and service.

6) Grinder Service – Burr inspection/replacement, alignment, chute clean, dial-in support.

Do you provide a warranty?
Yes – workmanship warranty [3 months]. Genuine parts carry manufacturer warranty.

Can you loan a machine?
Limited loaners available for commercial clients. Ask when booking.

Do you install water filters/plumb-in?
Yes – we can supply/install filters and coordinate a licenced plumber if needed.
