Is there a minimum order?
We keep minimums low and flexible — from a single café through to multi-site groups. We'll size the first order to your venue.
What are lead times & delivery areas?
We roast to order and deliver weekly across metro Melbourne, with courier options further afield. Standing orders keep you stocked automatically.
How does pricing work?
Wholesale pricing is tiered by volume. Apply and we'll send a tailored price list with your samples.
Do you supply & service equipment?
Yes — we supply, install and service machines and grinders in-house, and can bundle servicing into your wholesale agreement.
Is barista training included?
Onboarding training for your team is part of the partnership, with ongoing classes available at the roastery.
