Refunds & Returns Policy
At Cherry Mouth Roasters, we stand behind the quality of our coffee and products. Our goal is for every customer to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right — in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is:
- faulty or defective,
- damaged in transit, or
- not what you ordered,
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at admin@cherrymouth.com with:
- your order number,
- a brief description of the issue, and
- clear photos (if applicable).
We’ll assess your claim quickly and provide one of the following remedies:
- a replacement,
- a repair, or
- a full refund (including shipping, if applicable),
as required under the Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind Returns
Because coffee is a fresh, perishable product, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect grind selection, or once the packaging has been opened.
If you’ve purchased equipment or merchandise (e.g., brewing gear, apparel, etc.) that is unused and in original packaging, we may accept a change of mind return within 14 days of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Coffee Subscriptions
Subscriptions can be paused, modified, or cancelled at any time through your customer dashboard or by contacting us at admin@cherrymouth.com.
- Flexible Subscriptions – no minimum term; cancel anytime.
- 12-Month Subscriptions – you can cancel anytime, but cancelling early will forfeit any fixed-rate or promotional benefits.
- Prepaid 12-Month Subscriptions – non-refundable once the first shipment has been dispatched, except as required under Australian Consumer Law (e.g., for faulty goods).
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed using your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account once processed.
