This website is operated by Lynch Coffee Co Pty Ltd trading as Cherry Mouth Roasters (“Cherry Mouth”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our site or purchasing goods, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies referenced here. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Changes to Terms

We may update our Services and these Terms at any time. Any new features or products added to the store are subject to these Terms. The most current version will always be available on this page. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Placing an Order

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the products selected. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. All orders are subject to product availability and payment authorisation.

Prices, Taxes & Payment Terms

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is due at checkout unless otherwise agreed for wholesale customers. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, except for customers on a contracted subscription, where pricing is locked for the term of the contract.

Our Rights to Cancel / Reject Orders

We may cancel or refuse an order if a product becomes unavailable, there are pricing or description errors, or in cases of suspected fraud or misuse. In such cases, we will refund any payments received for the affected order.

Product Availability, Errors & Omissions

We make every effort to ensure products and descriptions are accurate, but errors, omissions, or discontinued items may occur. If a product is unavailable, we may offer a suitable alternative or refund.

Promo Codes & Offers

Promotions and discount codes are valid only for the period specified and may not be used in conjunction with other offers unless stated.

Age of Consent

By using this site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

Service Terms

We roast and dispatch all coffee fresh to order. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays. For local delivery within 10 km of our roastery, free same-day delivery may apply depending on cut-off times and order volume.

We offer three subscription options so you can choose what suits you best.

1. Flexible Subscription – 5 % Off + Cancel Anytime

Enjoy freshly roasted Cherry Mouth coffee delivered every 1 – 6 weeks.
Receive an ongoing 5 % discount on every order.
You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime. No lock-in contract — just fresh coffee, your way.
Prices move with the website. Free local delivery (within 10 km).

2. 12-Month Contract Subscription

Lock in your coffee supply for 12 months of billing from the start date. The total number of deliveries depends on your chosen delivery interval (every 1 – 6 weeks).
You’ll be charged automatically at your chosen interval throughout the 12-month term. Prices remain locked for the duration — no price rises during the contract period.
Intro offer: First 3 deliveries at 50 % off (Black Friday: first 4 deliveries 50 % off).
Once the order is placed, there can be no cancellation. To end early, the full agreed 12 months of billing must be paid out. Pausing is unavailable during the contract period. Plan ends automatically after your final payment.

3. Prepaid 12-Month Subscription

Pay upfront for 12 months and receive 2 free bags of coffee across the year.
For Black Friday, this plan includes 2 free bags plus 1 kg of HUSH Chocolate Powder.
Prepaid plans are non-refundable once roasting or dispatch has begun, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.

  • Contract Plan: 50 % off first 4 deliveries + locked price for 12 months.
  • Prepaid Plan: 2 free bags + 1 kg HUSH Chocolate Powder.
  • Offers valid only for new subscriptions placed during the Black Friday promotion period.

We may provide links to third-party websites for convenience. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of such sites.

Personal Information

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

User Content

Any comments, feedback, or submissions you send to us may be used without restriction, provided they do not infringe the rights of others or violate applicable laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the goods or services purchased.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Cherry Mouth Roasters and our affiliates from any claim or demand resulting from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Termination

We may terminate your access to the site or refuse future service if you violate these Terms or misuse our website or services.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and any policies posted on this site constitute the entire agreement between you and Cherry Mouth Roasters regarding the use of our site and services.
