Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, replace, or update these Terms at any time. Any new products or features added to the store are subject to these Terms. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

Placing an Order

• When you place an order, we’ll email a confirmation. Orders are accepted once dispatch is confirmed.
• Please ensure your email address and details are correct. Your confirmation email serves as proof of purchase.
• All orders depend on stock availability. If we cannot fulfill your order, we’ll notify you and refund payments within 14 days.

Prices, Taxes & Payments

Prices are shown in AUD and include GST where applicable. Payments can be made using the methods displayed at checkout. Any import taxes or duties are your responsibility.

Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways; we never store your card details. Prices may change without notice except during valid promotional periods.

Order Cancellation / Rejection

We may cancel or limit orders at our discretion, particularly for bulk or reseller purchases. If we adjust or cancel an order, we’ll contact you via the email or phone provided at checkout.

Product Availability & Errors

Product availability and pricing may change without notice. We correct errors when identified. If a product’s correct price is higher than listed, we’ll contact you before dispatch or cancel your order.

Promo Codes & Offers

Promo codes must be applied during checkout and within their validity period. They cannot be added or redeemed after purchase.

Age of Consent

By using our Services, you confirm you are the age of majority in your jurisdiction and will not use the website for unlawful purposes.

Service Terms

Lynch Coffee Co Pty Ltd, trading as Cherry Mouth Roasters, grants users a limited, non-exclusive right to access our website and Services in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the systems needed to access the Service and protecting your data.

 

Same-Day Free Local Delivery

Same-day free local delivery is available for eligible orders within the following areas:

Yarraville, Footscray, Seddon, Brooklyn, Newport, and Altona.

When entering your delivery address at checkout, the same-day free local delivery option will automatically appear if your address qualifies.

Cut-off times

Orders placed before 2:30pm qualify for same-day delivery.

From 17 February, the same-day delivery cut-off time will change to 12:00pm (midday).

Friday & weekend orders

Orders placed after the cut-off time on Fridays will be delivered on the following Monday.

Same-day delivery is not available on weekends or public holidays unless otherwise stated.

All subscriptions are managed through Seal Subscriptions on our Shopify store at cherrymouth.com.au.

Flexible Subscription Cancel Anytime

• 5% off all recurring orders.
• Pricing follows website updates (not locked in).
• Free local delivery within 10 km of Brooklyn 3012. Postage applies outside the free-delivery zone as calculated at checkout.
• Cancel any time before your next billing date.

12-Month Contract Subscription Lock-in Price

• Offer: 50% off your first three deliveries (standard offer).
• Price Lock: Coffee price remains fixed for 12 months (12 billing cycles).
• Commitment: A 12-month minimum term applies. Once an order is placed, it is considered a legally binding agreement for the full 12-month contract.
• Cancellation: Early cancellation is not permitted once the subscription has commenced. To terminate the contract early, the subscriber must pay out the full remaining balance or all agreed payments for the 12-month term in full.
• Delivery Frequency: Every 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks.
• Shipping: Free local delivery within 10 km; postage applies beyond that zone.
• Payment: Charged automatically per interval through the payment method provided.

Prepaid 12-Month Subscription Pay Upfront

• Includes 2 free bags of coffee.
• Full 12-month payment made at checkout.
• Delivered every 2–4 weeks.
• Free local delivery within 10 km; standard postage applies beyond that zone.
• Non-refundable once roasting or fulfilment has begun.

• Early cancellation may incur charges for bonus items supplied.
• Promotions cannot be combined unless specified.
• Cherry Mouth Roasters reserves the right to modify or withdraw offers without notice.
