A standout feature of the Pro 400 is its stylish interchangeable coloured disclets for the steam and hot water rotary valves, allowing you to personalise the look of your machine to match your setup.
The Pro 400 also features a convenient toggle switch underneath the machine allowing you to activate or deactivate preinfusion and ECO mode, as well as select between three preset boiler temperatures to better suit different coffee roast profiles.
Steam pressure can also be adjusted to match your preferred workflow and milk texturing style.
